Vandaag heeft Neversoft de soundtrack voor de komende onthuld Proving Ground van Tony Hawk , die 50 nummers bevat die een aantal genres omvatten, waaronder hiphop, punk en metal.
Onder de nummers die de cut maken, is een nieuw nummer, 'The Pretender', van het aankomende album van Foo Fighters. Het wordt vergezeld door nummers van Bloc Party, El-P, Nirvana en andere nummers 'die de skateboardcultuur van vandaag hebben aangewakkerd'. De 'Electric Worm' van The Beastie Boys zal ook verschijnen op de soundtrack van de game, waarschijnlijk als aanvulling op de opname van Adam 'MCA' Yauch als een geheim ontgrendelbaar personage.
